In the brand’s flagship store on the island, you'll find collections crafted from comfortable, high-quality materials with a focus on longevity, simplicity and Scandinavian style.
The store is located on Skeppersholme, right next to Petersons Krog.
The fishing shop
The fish shop is one of Käringön's biggest attractions and the parade number is the self-caught lobsters.
Lilla em
Located in the island’s historic old general store, Lilla em offers children’s clothing and gifts inspired by the sea and life on Käringön.
The shop combines playful design with local history dating back to 1888, when Gustav and Martina Olsson opened their grocery store here. Much of the original interior remains, and today the old shop counter displays clothing for children from newborn up to 12 years of age.
Lilla em is open throughout June, July and August.

Located in a charming boathouse next to Petersons Krog on Skeppersholme, Shyness Interior & Home offers a carefully curated selection of textiles, home décor and handpicked interior details.
Founded by designer Anna Bilén, Shyness is known for its distinctive style and high-quality craftsmanship. Inspired by the Swedish countryside and traditions passed down through generations, the collection combines timeless design with contemporary influences. When the weather shows its more typical Bohuslän character, Skeppshandeln also becomes a popular gathering spot, serving the full menu from Crêperiet. Perfect for a leisurely lunch, a warming coffee or a break from the wind and rain.
TEMPO Almö Livs Käringön
Located in the heart of the harbour, Käringön’s grocery store offers everything you need during your stay, from fresh food and everyday essentials to supplies for a picnic or dinner by the sea.
As a modern hybrid store, it remains accessible even outside staffed opening hours. The store also serves as a collection point for both Systembolaget and PostNord, making it an important hub for island life.
